General Hospital spoilers reveal fans are chattering about the possibility that Emme Rylan may be headed back to GH to reprise her role as Lulu Falconeri soon. We haven’t heard mention of Lulu in weeks, not since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) took Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to see her mother at the long-term medical facility she has been in since she fell into a coma at the explosion at the Floating Rib.
Now, we’re wondering if things are about to come to a screeching halt for Dante and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) as Lulu wakes up and remembers the last thing she thought before the lights went out — that she loves Dante.

Right now, Sam has been focused on helping her daughter, Scout Cain (Cosette Abinanate), get re-established with her father after his several-months-long hiatus in Pentonville. Now that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is back on the outside as a free man, she wants them to make up for lost time.
At the same time, she can’t help but notice that Drew is a bit more eager to take on the world than he ever has been before. Did prison merely reignite his drive to make every day count, or is something else going on?
As Sam gets more sucked into Drew’s personal affairs in the coming weeks, it could leave her relationship with Dante rather vulnerable.

Rumor has it that it is finally time for Lulu to wake up and come home to her loved ones. Of course, she’ll be due for hefty physical therapy and round-the-clock care for some time, but waking up from a coma after several years is going to bring everyone in Port Charles relief — and a renewed sense of belief in something bigger than them — to life.
Sam will be her usual understanding self that Dante has to spend so much time with his ex-wife. At the same time, she has no idea that he too felt he was ready to be back with Lulu when that bomb was planted and took her away from him.

Which couple has what it takes to survive the upcoming battle? Lulu is going to have a lot on her plate just dealing with herself.
Processing the time she has lost with the people she loves — especially her children — will be hard to handle.
That could serve to fuel her feelings for Dante though, causing her to feel like she doesn’t want to waste another day. How is he supposed to tell her — while in such a fragile condition — that he has moved on and is happy with Sam?
