GH Spoilers: Danny Morgan Recast – Asher Jared Antonyzyn Takes Over Role of Jason & Sam’s Son
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that a new face is headed to Port Charles, so let’s talk about a recast debut happening during the week of October 30-November 3. Asher Jared Antonyzyn is taking over the part of Danny Morgan, so Zakary Risinger has concluded his run.
Since Halloween is rapidly approaching, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will no doubt gather their blended family for some celebratory activities.
It looks like Antonyzyn will make his first appearance just in time for Danny to join in the Halloween fun, so viewers will want to give him a warm welcome to the show.
Asher Jared Antonyzyn seems like a great casting choice based on his resemblance to his TV dad, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Although Jason is believed to be deceased, his legacy lives on through his sons.
Of course, many fans are hopeful that Danny might be reunited with his father down the road.
The same goes for Jake Webber (Hudson West), who’s been struggling under the weight of all his losses lately.
Steve Burton is currently airing as Harris Michaels on Days of Our Lives, but it seems likely he’ll make a GH comeback one day.
It’s just a matter of when the show can lock it in and get the ball rolling on Jason’s long-awaited return.
Assuming that Antonyzyn sticks around in the role of Danny, he can hopefully share a warm reunion with Jason at some point.
Perhaps Danny’s parents still have a chance at living happily ever after since Jason will always be Sam’s true love!
Regardless, it’s good that Danny’s still in town and hasn’t been shipped off to boarding school like countless other soap kids over the years.
