General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show’s been dropping some big hints about Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) career path lately. It’s becoming more and more obvious that Alexis just isn’t satisfied with the work she’s been doing at The Invader.
Alexis is always going to be a lawyer at heart, so getting disbarred was one of the toughest things she’s ever had to go through.
Of course, Judge Albert Kim (Kurt Yue) fumed over Alexis’ blackmail recently and acted like he wasn’t surprised that she was disbarred!
In fact, Judge Kim suggested that Alexis belonged in prison with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), but it still looks like he’s going to cave and commute Drew’s sentence to time served.
Although Alexis had to play a little dirty, she should still feel a sense of justice once Drew’s a free man.
It’s only going to make Alexis crave the courtroom even more, so could GH writers finally grant her wish?
There’s been a major push on social media when it comes to reinstating Alexis as a lawyer.
That would surely be more interesting than having Alexis sit behind a desk and mope about not being an attorney anymore!
Maybe Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) could be instrumental to helping Alexis get back the career she truly wants.
It’d be a great way to repay Alexis for all her support and make Gregory feel useful despite his decline due to ALS.
The details don’t really matter as long as Alexis can return to facing off in court and fighting for her clients.
Since Alexis has been mentioning her lawyer days so frequently, it seems like a courtroom comeback could be in the works.
If that’s true, Alexis could also be gearing up for a stunning new case. The show may want to make a splash with Alexis’ career pivot, so she could take the lead on a shocking client’s behalf.
Regardless, Alexis may feel a great deal of pressure once she’s back in court and trying to redeem herself.
