GH Spoilers: Monday, January 15 – Nina’s Cyrus Deal – Sonny’s Change of Heart – Josslyn’s Terrifying Discovery

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, January 15, reveal that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will make another plea for Ava Jerome (Maura West) to drop the charges against Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), but Ava will wonder why she’d do that when she has the chance to finally lock her up.

General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, January 15 – Nina’s Cyrus Deal – Sonny’s Change of Heart – Josslyn's Terrifying Discovery

Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will serve as Esme’s attorney and will try to get inside Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) head a bit ahead of the hearing.

It looks like Martin will remind Molly that little Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) will lose his mom if Esme goes to prison.

Martin will ask if Molly is sure she wants to get that conviction under those circumstances. That could tug at Molly’s heartstrings since she wants to be a mother so much, but she still has a job to do.

Esme will eventually go before the judge, who’ll ask how the defendant pleads. Monday’s preview video shows Esme looking rattled, so she’ll definitely be worried about the outcome of all this.

Next, it seems Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will visit Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in his office and insist this is exactly where she needs to be right now.

Kristina may comfort Sonny over what happened with Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) and wonder if this is really the end of the road for their marriage.

Sonny beat Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) up to deal with his anger over the situation, so Kristina may worry about what he’ll do next.

Although Sonny will push Kristina to trust him, she may have a bad feeling about what he’s got in the works.

At GH, Dex will grow curious about the reason Nina’s visiting Cyrus. It’ll delay Dex’s plans a bit, but that’ll just give him time to put on some scrubs and blend in better at the hospital.

When Nina walks in Cyrus’ room, he’ll push her buttons right off the bat. Cyrus will apologize for stirring up trouble in Nina’s marriage, but he’ll think it’s good that the truth came out.

Nina will suggest that if Cyrus is truly sorry, then he needs to prove it. Since GH spoilers indicate Nina will make a deal on Monday’s show, Cyrus may agree to drop the charges against Sonny.

At some point, Sonny will get some news and rethink his decision to take Cyrus out permanently. That’ll lead to Sonny frantically calling Dex and trying to stop his fatal move.

By then, Dex will be busy putting the plan in motion, so he’ll head for Cyrus’ room with the goal of injecting his IV with something lethal.

Will Sonny manage to get in touch with Dex or could someone else stop him instead?

Back at the courthouse, Ava’s fury will erupt. Could the judge go easy on Esme and decide to let her off with community service and a fine instead of jail time?

Esme may end up relieved, but she doesn’t realize she’s slipped up big time. By calling Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) by the name “Spence,” Esme helped him figure out she was lying about not having her memories back.

That’s going to lead to more problems for Esme soon enough, but let’s talk about Spencer in the meantime.

Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) just showed up for a father-son reunion, so things are about to get intense! It seems likely Spencer will unleash his wrath on Nikolas, who’ll try to explain his actions.

Finally, Josslyn Jacks (temporarily played by Courtney Fulk) will discover Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) in a troubling situation. Perhaps Josslyn will find Adam on a ledge somewhere contemplating whether he should end it all.

Then again, Josslyn might discover Adam following an overdose instead. Whatever the case, Josslyn is set to find Adam in a horrible predicament, so stay tuned for updates on all the drama.

General Hospital spoilers say Josslyn will come to Adam’s rescue when he needs her most!
