Preview Christmas General Hospital – Miracle for the return of a character from the past

Halloween is less than two weeks away, but it’s already Christmastime on Hallmark Channel! And in the network’s offering premiering Sunday, Oct. 22, Under The Christmas Sky, GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Ryan Paevey (ex-Nathan) finds a little holiday magic with co-star Jessica Parker Kennedy!

According to the movie’s logline, sparks fly when an unfortunate accident brings two individuals together who must overcome their differences to create a magical Christmas exhibit. In the film, Kennedy plays Kat, an esteemed astrophysicist scheduled for her first trip into space before a car accident left her with a blind spot. While home on medical leave and grappling with the reality that her dream of being an astronaut is over, Kat agrees to consult on an exhibit at the local planetarium. But David, the museum’s by-the-book curator played by Paevey, isn’t too thrilled with the idea of having outside “help” on his holiday event.

When tasked with incorporating community involvement (and Christmas!) into their planning, Kat and David’s different approaches and personalities cause them to clash. Eventually, the pair find some common ground in the magic of Christmas and their mutual love of space, and their holiday exhibit turns out to be a huge success! Not wanting to part ways just yet, David and Kat are inspired to plan an additional event for the planetarium: a Santa-tracking party on Christmas Eve. As their time working together comes to an end and Kat gets a job offer out of state, their growing feelings are put to the test. But a little Christmas spirit just may help David and Kat find their way to happiness on Christmas Day!
