General Hospital Spoilers: Thanksgiving Preview – Gloria Cerullo Returns, Sasha’s Dilemma, Kristina’s Invite & Charlotte’s Truth

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that GH will air a fun Thanksgiving episode on Thursday, November 23, so fans will want to tune in! We’ve got a preview of what you can expect, so let’s talk about what’s coming up in this very special show.

For starters, the Quartermaine mansion will gain another houseguest when Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) shows up in Port Charles.

Gloria is Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) mother and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) grandmother, so there’ll be an exciting family reunion.

It turns out Gloria will want to help with the turkey, but could she end up ruining it instead?

Maybe Gloria will be the reason the Quartermaines have to order pizza again since that’s become a tradition over the years.

We should also mention that Gloria will bring a secret with her to Port Charles.

Gloria is hiding something that’ll affect Lois and Brook Lynn once it comes to light, so it’ll be interesting to hear more about that revelation.

Over with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), she’ll have an invitation for Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lope) to consider.

Blaze apparently won’t have anywhere else to go for Thanksgiving this year, so Kristina will push her to come celebrate at Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house.

It looks like Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) may accept a different invitation from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and will perhaps ask Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to tag along to the gathering.

That’ll lead to a tight spot for both Sasha and Cody since someone will grow curious about whether they’re dating.

Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) seems fond of Sasha and could easily get a bit nosy here.

Maybe Donna will ask if Cody is Sasha’s boyfriend and put Sasha on the spot!

Even if someone else asks too many questions instead, the point may be to get Sasha and Cody to address their growing feelings.

Cody and Sasha are on the verge of making some heartfelt confessions, so their awkward dilemma could give them the nudge they need to get honest.

Next, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be amazed when an unexpected visitor arrives to see her.

This should have something to do with Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) Thanksgiving surprise.

Robert might decide Anna could use a little bonding time with her granddaughter and summon Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) to offer a pick-me-up.

Meanwhile, there’ll be some drama on Thanksgiving as well. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will proceed with caution, but he’ll think it’s important to confront Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) about her actions and get a confession out of her.

That’s the first step toward undoing Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) damage, so Valentin will gently push Charlotte to be honest and talk about why she’s convinced Anna is the enemy.

Valentin can start the long process of trying to convince Charlotte that Victor is the enemy instead.

Of course, Valentin might also try to score an admission about the house fire, but there’s still a chance someone else did that part.
