General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn’s Pregnancy Raises the Stakes – Dex’s Baby on the Way?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is livid with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for forcing Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) out of town – and she isn’t too happy with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) over her loyalty to Sonny either.
That’s why Josslyn is committed to finding Dex, even if she has to locate him on her own! Josslyn would love to have Dex back in Port Charles, but she’s willing to build a new life with him elsewhere if need be.
Unfortunately, Josslyn doesn’t have any leads to go on at this point.
It’s going to be hard for Josslyn to track Dex down without a trail to follow, but what if she gets a little extra motivation to make this reunion happen?
Josslyn is already determined to find Dex, but GH writers could raise the stakes even higher if she finds out she’s pregnant.
Birth control isn’t 100-percent effective, especially on soaps when the situation calls for a baby to become part of the story.
It’s one thing for Dex to walk away from Josslyn, but it’s quite another for him to walk away from his unborn baby and the mother of his child.
That’s especially true since Dex had such a horrible father.
Dex would want to step up and be a better dad than the one he had, so Josslyn could certainly use some pregnancy news to persuade him into figuring out their future.
Of course, a baby might change Sonny’s view of things, too.
Sonny would never let anyone keep him from raising Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), so he might have mercy on Daddy Dex and let him return to PC to raise his son or daughter.
There’s no guarantee Josslyn will have Dex’s bun in the oven, but it’s a story twist worth considering.
Josslyn could perhaps give Sonny updates on the baby and get him to orchestrate the reunion she so desperately wants.
