Hence, the actor celebrated his 46th Anniversary on August 2, 2023. He shared a post on his Instagram handle and thanked his fans for keeping up with him. Kin Shriner first appeared in General Hospital on August 2, 1977. Shriner was a recast of the character Scott Baldwin after being played by child actors. So, Shriner stepped in as the adult version of Baldwin. For 46 years, the actor was never replaced or left the soap. Of course, he took multiple breaks over the years to act in other soaps. He worked in soaps such as Texas, The Young and The Restless, and As The World Turns.
Per the storyline, Scott Baldwin is an attorney in Port Charles. He had dated Bobbie Spencer (late Jacklyn), Lucy Coe, Tracy and more. Baldwin ended up with Liesl Obrecht in 2022.
