General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Webber and Lucky Reunite?
General Hospital’s Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) were the epitome of young love. They fell in love as teens when Lucky helped Liz through her difficult journey after being raped.
Just like Lucky’s parents, they became a General Hospital supercouple. That was until the evil Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) faked Lucky’s death and held him captive.
The two were on again/off again for years. Lucky is the adoptive father of Liz’ son Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and the biological father of Aidan Spencer (Enzo De Angelis). The last we saw Lucky on GH was in 2015.
Fans were excited when Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) recently brought her son’s name up and said that he was off “finding himself”. This may be a hint that he will be coming back to Port Charles and will show up at Elizabeth’s doorstep.
