GH Spoilers: Lulu the Key to Breaking Helena’s Spell – Only Mom Can Stop Charlotte’s Reign of Terror?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) desperately want to help Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), but they’re unsure of exactly how to do that.
At least one of Charlotte’s wishes came true since Valentin and Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) relationship has fallen apart. Anna and Valentin officially called it quits, so it’s just a matter of time until Charlotte gets that news and celebrates.
However, it’s clear that Charlotte isn’t done stirring up trouble. If this storyline were over, Charlotte wouldn’t be looking in the mirror talking about her first battle scar – implying that there could be more to come!
If things were winding down, Charlotte also wouldn’t be putting on Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) necklace and acting like she admires her sinister grandmother.
It seems like Charlotte’s storyline is simply entering a complicated new chapter. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) is trained to handle patients tackling difficult traumas like this, but even he may not be able to get through to Charlotte moving forward.
In fact, there’s perhaps only one person who can break the spell that Helena has somehow cast over Charlotte from the great beyond. Is Lulu Spencer (last played Emme Rylan) the key to stopping Charlotte’s reign of terror?
Charlotte views Helena and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) as heroes that she can look up to. Victor and Helena may be gone, but they’re certainly not forgotten in Charlotte’s eyes.
That means Charlotte will continue to cause problems and let her Cassadine roots take a stronger hold.
Charlotte’s actions could take a disturbing turn that leads to danger again, especially if she decides she’s not satisfied with a simple split for Anna and Valentin.
That wouldn’t be enough for Victor or Helena, so Charlotte may insist on carrying out a final revenge plot that puts Anna’s life on the line. It could threaten Charlotte’s life as well depending on how risky the scheme is.
Wouldn’t it be great if Lulu woke up at exactly the right time and came to Charlotte’s rescue? Lulu might even escape from the hospital after her awakening and throw herself into all the danger, too.
