General Hospital: Joss and Dex’s Relationship in Trouble As She Gets Closer to Adam

Joss and Dex have been going very stable in their relationship on General Hospital. And that by soap standards is a certain call for trouble! Earlier, there were several speculations that their love boat might get rocked due to Dex’s mob involvement. However, that does not seem to be the case. Don’t get us wrong, we are not saying they won’t be rocked, in all likelihood they are heading towards a huge iceberg. But it might come from Joss’ side! Currently, she is getting too pally with her college mate, Adam. The spoilers reveal that could end up rubbing Dex the wrong way. But why? Well, keep reading to find out!

Joss Offers Help To Disturbed Adam

Although Joss and Adam had started off on a not so great note the last time he was on canvas, the story is very different this time on General Hospital. The boy seems much mellow and they have become quite chummy in a very short period of time. Recently, Joss started to notice how troubled Adam really seems, and offered to help him. His troubles on the soap stem from home. Adam believes his family puts too much emphasis on grades, and that their love for him is proportional to his performance at school.

Burdened by these unrealistic expectations, Adam has been struggling with anxiety and related mental health issues on General Hospital. Something that has forced him to isolate himself from others. However, Joss is a different story. Adam loves spending time with her because she accepts him as he is.

In one of the recent episodes, Adam tells Joss that despite his high score his family will not be happy as it isn’t high enough for them. Later, he was seen berating himself over it. The scene suggested that Adam’s mental health is getting affected again. The spoilers for the upcoming episodes reveal that eventually Joss will land right in the center of Adam’s drama.

Trouble Ensues Between Joss and Dex On General Hospital

As time passes, Adam is getting more and more dependent on Joss on General Hospital. Perhaps because he feels that she is the only one who understands him, and is a source of validation for him. Something that he so desperately needs. Moreover, considering that his mental health is getting even more disturbed, there could be a situation where he starts to get obsessed with Joss. The spoilers reveal that Dex is not very happy with Joss’ growing friendship with Adam. He will warn Joss against Adam and explicitly ask her to steer clear of him.

But hey, this is Josslyn we are talking about. When has she ever listened to anyone on General Hospital? She has a mind of her own, and functions on her whims. And currently, it seems she is seeing Adam as a broken bird who desperately needs her attention. If Dex pushes her too hard to stay away from Adam, it could just blow up in Dex’s face.
