GH Spoilers: Friday, November 3 – Charlotte Sneaks Off – Willow Wants Answers – Kristina Surprises Molly

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, November 3, reveal that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will struggle to make sense of a warning. GH fans know Willow has been having some strange dreams involving Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel), who’s always determined to protect her from something.

It looks like Willow may nod off and have another nightmare, so she’ll question what exactly Harmony’s trying to warn her about.

Willow will end up confiding in Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) on Friday’s episode, so he may suspect Willow’s subconscious is trying to protect her from Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros).

Of course, Michael will have to handle the situation delicately since he’s decided to blackmail Nina and control her access to his family instead of outing her as the SEC snitch.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will remain in the dark for now, so she’ll talk to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about whatever happened in Puerto Rico seemingly changing everything.

Since Carly doesn’t know Michael’s secretly making Nina miserable, she may assume Nina’s made some big steps toward peace.

Over with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll take her findings to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) now that she’s made a discovery in her old WSB files.

Anna will be convinced that she knows exactly what she’s up against, but that’s not true since she doesn’t know Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) has been targeting her.

At home, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will catch up with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and express concern about the lies that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) must’ve filled Charlotte’s head with.

Next, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will prepare to drop off Charlotte, Jake Webber (Hudson West), Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) and Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) in a safe neighborhood for trick-or-treating.

Just before the teens are about to exit the vehicle, Valentin will warn them to stay right where they are.

Perhaps Valentin will want to go over some ground rules before Charlotte and the others head off on their unchaperoned Halloween adventure.

Later, Charlotte will sneak off and leave Jake wondering where she went.

It turns out Charlotte will make her way to Anna’s new apartment with the key she stole, so she’ll let herself in and move forward with a shocking plan – one that’s going to end horribly!

If Valentin eventually realizes Charlotte is missing, he may freak out and worry about whatever stunt she might pull next.

At Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) place, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will spend some time with her and open the door to a surprising arrival.

It looks like Alexis will ask what Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is doing there when she shows up out of the blue.

Kristina will end up extending an olive branch to Molly and will promise to be there for her always.

There’ll be a sweet hug between the sisters, so Alexis will be taken aback over the progress Molly and Kristina are making.

General Hospital spoilers say Kristina and Molly will make some positive updates when it comes to their relationship, so that’ll mean good news for their sibling bond.
