‘HOW DARE SHE?’ Fans Rip ‘Delusional’ Robyn Brown For Accusing Rival Christine Of ‘Destroying’ Kody In Divorce
SISTER Wives star Robyn Brown has been slammed by critics for her comments about her ex-sister wife.
The Sister Wives personality sat down with co-star Meri Brown, 52, for a discussion about their once-shared husband Kody Brown, 54. While Robyn, 44, remains married to Kody, she used to share their relationship in spiritual marriage between him and wives Meri, Christine, 51, and Janelle, 54.
In a post shared on Instagram by the show, Robyn claimed that Kody was struggling, and blamed Christine for his emotions. Christine was the first of the wives to leave the family, announcing her split from Kody in November 2021 following 27 years of a spiritual marriage.
In the clip, Robyn told Meri: “What Christine has done has… messed him up. And he doesn’t want to admit it, but it’s the truth. Christine totally just destroyed his past.
“Like what he thought was a functional situation, she basically said it was horrible – every single minute of every single day type of thing. Stories upon stories about all of the things that she was going through, and not about you and Janelle as much as him.”
However, while Robyn pinned the blame on Christine, fans in the comment section were quick to turn things back on the TLC star and her husband. One person reasoned: “Robin, Christine didn’t do anything to that man. I mean she should have walked away long time ago, the last straw should have been when he didn’t show up for his child’s surgery.
“Kody needs to look at himself in the mirror. #thedisrespect.”
“No, what Kody has done messed Christine up and she finally stood up for herself and recognized her worth. Robyn we’ve seen the neglect for years. Ain’t no fooling us,” said a second social media user.
Another critic blasted: “Robyn is just as delulu as Kody. Kody has messed up the entire fam and everyone is leaving but it’s Christine’s fault she got out and didn’t look back? Goodbye!” A fourth slammed: “You destroyed that family along side Kody. Take accountability!!!”
“Christine finally stood up to that gaslighting narcissistic and controlling Kody! He did it to himself! How dare Robyn blame her! He strings along all the women!” added another commenter.
‘ENRAGED’
While Robyn told Meri about Kody’s complaints, it seems he hasn’t kept quiet about his feelings within his inner circle. Robyn’s friend Kendra Pollard recently opened up about Kody’s mindset and revealed that Christine isn’t the only target of his anger.
“Kody is enraged. He’s broken and enraged,” Kendra claimed in an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun.
“He gave his whole life to those women. It doesn’t matter how or when [their spiritual marriages] started.
“He gave his life to them, he raised those children with them, and now they’re all turning against him and saying that none of it was real.”
Kendra added: “If anyone thinks that Kody and Robyn are sitting back, relaxing and happy in their big house by themselves after a lifetime of family offerings, everyone’s sadly mistaken.” In fact, the entrepreneur claimed that Kody and his last-standing wife are “not living this dream relationship” and they’re “just surviving a failed polygamy relationship.”
MOVING ON
Although Kody doesn’t seem to be over Christine leaving him, Christine is forging a life of her own. The star is engaged to David Woolley, 59, with their wedding planned for this month. Christine shared the news about her engagement to David on April 13 this year, two months after debuting their relationship, and just days after The U.S. Sun reported that the reality star was ready to marry.
Earlier this month, the reality television personality gave an update on her wedding plans amid rumors that she and David were already married. Christine also shared that after she and David exchange their vows, she will change her last name from Brown to Woolley.
