Will Kody and Robyn Brown take another wife if it means getting to keep their reality show alive?
Sister Wives was created with the intent of showcasing a happy plural family. But over the years, the Brown family’s dynamic has completely broken down. Now, it’s a far cry from what the series was originally supposed to be. And now that Kody is down to one wife, there really aren’t any “sister wives” to speak of.
Rumors are floating around that TLC might cancel the show unless something changes. So could Kody and Robyn really take on another plural wife? See what other Sister Wives viewers had to say about the idea.
Would Robyn Brown successfully adjust to a new wife?
It’s no secret that Sister Wives fans didn’t care for the way Robyn Brown joined the family. Many believe that Kody completely neglected his other three wives to focus on Robyn’s needs. And that only got worse as time went on.
Over on Reddit, a few viewers thought adding a new wife into the mix would be a fun way to keep the show alive. If anything, it would definitely get a reaction out of Robyn.
Although TLC isn’t likely to run with that idea, many other Redditors thought that might be interesting to see.
“Yep let’s see Robyn practice that sacred loneliness for 11 days and see how close to God she feels then 🙄” another user joked in the comments.
“Since K&R went on a 3-4x as long honeymoon at the rest of the 3OGs, I want him to take a month long honeymoon with the new wife. Hahaha,” another chimed in.
Sister Wives fans are more interested in the ex-wives these days
At this point, it seems like most Sister Wives fans would be more interested in a new spin-off than a storyline about a new wife. Viewers seem to be done with Kody and Robyn and want to see what the other wives are doing now instead.
