General Hospital Spoilers: Ava’s Unforgivable Mistake – Causes Kristina’s Baby Tragedy and Earns Sonny’s Fury?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show’s been setting up Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) as a major problem for Ava Jerome (Maura West). Kristina’s distrust of Ava has been growing, so GH writers seem to be positioning her as a key player in Ava’s botched plan.

Of course, Ava can’t get by with all this Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) manipulation forever.

Someone has to cause Ava’s downfall – and based on Kristina’s repeated concerns about Ava lately, she could very well be the one to make that happen.

However, trying to break Ava’s hold on Sonny could come at a high cost.

The show offered a hint about that in the April 25 episode as Kristina and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) discussed Ava’s true colors.

After Nina said Sonny wasn’t her problem anymore, she added that the divorce was a done deal and that Ava could have Sonny if she wanted him.

Kristina made it clear she wouldn’t stand for that as she headed for the exit, but Nina grew fearful and stopped her.

Once Nina warned Kristina to be careful, she said Ava hadn’t survived this long by playing by the rules and added that Ava was really good at making sure no one sees it when she breaks them.

Kristina eventually suggested that maybe Ava thinks they’ve forgotten about Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and Connie Falconeri (Kelly Sullivan), but they haven’t!

It’s interesting that GH writers are pushing this “be careful” angle with Kristina and reminding viewers that Ava’s capable of dangerous things.

Since Kristina is pregnant, all of this could spell trouble for the baby’s fate.

Is Ava on the verge of making an unforgivable mistake that’ll certainly tank her chances at a future with Sonny?

Will Ava cause Kristina’s baby tragedy and earn Sonny’s fury as a result?

TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) has already been voicing his fears about Kristina’s connection to Sonny and the risks that could bring.

This could be building toward a heated Sonny-related confrontation between Kristina and Ava that ends in disaster.

If Kristina somehow finds out Sonny’s meds have been weakened, she may blame Ava for it or at least hold her responsible for the delay in telling Sonny the truth.

That could give Kristina a good reason to launch a faceoff with Ava that could take a wrong turn.

Maybe Kristina could slip down a staircase or even get pushed depending on how far the writers intend to take Ava’s sinister side in this scenario.
