Well, the former didn’t have an answer because Gwen had not told her she wouldn’t attend. The elder sister called the whole thing “tragic.” At last, she said it could have been an “emergency” or “nothing.”
This one statement made Sister Wives fans put their thinking caps on. Speculation began after this. Many felt that Mykelti must be implying that Gwen may have come up with an excuse. She maybe did so not to attend the wedding. Viewers also spotted Paedon at the ceremony. So many feel that she may have avoided the whole event to avoid her brother, as they share a toxic bond laced with abuse. But there is no confirmation about this.
