General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Eden McCoy (Josslyn Jacks) just revealed some big news in a recent Instagram story. McCoy posted a pic of the lights at the GH studio and a smiling emoji with a hand covering its mouth, so she’s hinting to fans about her return as Josslyn Jacks.
Laura Wright (Carly Spencer) offered a hint of her own when she posted an Instagram story featuring a pic of herself with McCoy and a fun caption to go with it.
“I wonder why I’m excited about heading to Port Charles tomorrow!!!!!” Wright wrote on the evening of January 9.
Wright also called McCoy a “beautiful girl” and was clearly thrilled about her imminent on-set reunion with her TV daughter, so McCoy’s getting a warm welcome back.
GH fans have probably heard by now that McCoy took some personal time off due to her mother passing away from cancer.
Courtney Fulk has been filling in, but Eden McCoy is reclaiming her role and will be back on-screen as Josslyn starting the first week in February.
Although Fulk has been doing a fine job under the circumstances, there’s just no substitute for the real thing!
It’ll be nice to see McCoy settle back into the part and share scenes with all her familiar co-stars.
Of course, we certainly respect the fact that McCoy needed a personal leave of absence to deal with such a real-life tragedy.
It’s great that TBTB respected that too and gave McCoy an opportunity to take this extended stint away from the show.
However, McCoy’s all set to make her comeback in Port Charles and will be involved in some messy drama with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) down the road.
As Dex gets more entangled in Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) organization, that’ll bring some new challenges and complications.
Dex will have a tough time crossing certain boundaries and will find that there may no turning back depending on what choices he makes.
Eden McCoy’s Josslyn will be involved in some Dex chaos and a whole lot more, so stay tuned for updates on any shockers that might be brewing.
