Steve Burton’s Divorce Finalized – Days & GH Star Officially Ends Marriage to Pregnant Ex Sheree Burton
Steve Burton has officially ended his marriage to Sheree Burton, who blew up the Internet after announcing she was pregnant with baby number four back in May 2022.
Once fans started congratulating Steve on the big news, he was forced to post an Instagram story to clear things up and reveal that the baby wasn’t his.
Steve offered updates on his separation from Sheree, which led to him filing for divorce in July 2022 citing irreconcilable differences. This quickly became a soapy case that plenty of people were interested in following.
Fortunately, Sheree and Steve reached an agreement when it came to sharing physical and legal custody of their children: Makena, Jack and Brooklyn.
Us Weekly got their hands on the court records that indicated Steve and Sheree were able to finalize their divorce and officially end their 23-year union this month.
According to the latest reports, Sheree requested that forever spousal support be terminated on both sides.
The divorce was uncontested, so Steve and Sheree managed to end things between them without this turning into a nasty battle.
However, the drama continues since Sheree has already given birth to that baby number four we mentioned and is now expecting yet another child.
Sheree revealed Izabella’s arrival in February and then confirmed her fifth pregnancy in October by a man that she’s chosen not to identify on social media.
As for Steve Burton, who previously played Jason Morgan on General Hospital, he was fired from GH back in 2021 for his refusal to cooperate with the vaccine mandate.
Steve currently airs as Harris Michaels over on Days of Our Lives, but plenty of fans are holding out hope that he’ll eventually trade Salem for Port Charles and make a GH comeback.
