GH Spoilers: Thursday, November 16 – Molly’s Miscarriage Blow – Dex Warns Josslyn – Cody Confesses to Sasha

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, November 16, reveal that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will open up to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) silence and how she thinks it may have destroyed their relationship.

Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will continue to mull over the investigation and will get an idea from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

After Dante says Sam might be onto something, it could lead to his upcoming clue about the case.

At the gallery, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will push Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) for the truth, so it looks like he’ll finally get honest about working for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and knowing Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was alive the whole time.

Ava will angrily demand to know why Austin didn’t tell her, but he may argue that it’s not that simple when you’re dealing with dangerous men like Cyrus.

Austin will insist he’s not going to stand there and deny something, so he may also acknowledge his feelings for Ava.

Although Austin was following orders and trying to keep Ava out of harm’s way, she’ll be furious over his deception.

At the dorm, Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) will seem almost frantic as he insists Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has helped him a lot in ways she doesn’t even know.

Josslyn will look concerned along with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), who’ll eventually give Joss a warning. Dex may admit he’s getting unsettling vibes from Adam and worry about Josslyn getting dragged into trouble.

Next, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will break some devastating news to Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) since Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) just lost the baby.

Molly will get updates on their surrogate’s miscarriage, so her heart will break when she realizes she’s hit another roadblock on the path to motherhood.

TJ may insist they can try again and try to give Molly some comfort, but she’ll definitely be going through a rough time.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will show up with the tablet that was left behind at the Metro Court, so she’ll find out about this crushing blow as well.

Thursday’s GH preview video shows Molly saying she wants to get something over with, so she may insist on telling Sam and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) right away.

Over with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), she just told Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about her feelings for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), so she may be embarrassed if she turns around and realizes he overheard her.

However, Cody will ultimately admit that he has feelings for Sasha too, so they’ll have to figure out what to do about all these flying sparks.

Sasha will talk about a mistake that she can’t make again, so she may be hesitant to open her heart and risk getting hurt.

Losing Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was extremely difficult for Sasha, so the idea of putting herself back out there for a new romance will be terrifying.

Cody won’t want to push too hard, but he’ll make it known how much he cares about Sasha and will hold out hope that they can have a future together.

General Hospital spoilers say Sasha and Cody may need a little more time to make that romantic transition, but they should get there sooner or later.
