General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss) have been arguing over Spoon Island for most of their relationship.
Frankly, the argument is getting very old and it would be nice to have this settled once and for all. Ava wanted Spoon Island for leverage, she hates Spoon Island and should sail it back to Nikolas and move.
Ava Jerome Has A Prospective Buyer
General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Ava has received information on a potential buyer for Spoon Island. This would definitely be good news if she hadn’t just discovered that Nikolas is alive and well.
However, Ava would like to unload the place and move on. Spoon Island has been the spot of a lot of grief for Ava, perhaps more grief than happiness.
Ava loved Nikolas but he has cheated on her there. Nikolas threatened to take Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) from her on the island. Ava even thought she killed Nikolas on Spoon Island.
Ryan Chamberlin (Jon Lindstrom) was killed there. Heather Webber (Allie Mills) went a bit crazy with the hook there too. Could Ava ever be happy there again?
GH Spoilers: Cyrus Renault Is A Possible Buyer
Spoilers suggest that Cyrus Renault is a possible buyer of Spoon Island, but why would he want it and how would he buy it? Cyrus claims to have given all of his money away now that he has found religion.
Cyrus is, however, ostracized from most of his family. No one really wants him around including Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
Spoon Island would give Cyrus to run his mob business without someone looking over his shoulder all of the time. Cyrus could certainly try to make Austin Holt (Roger Howarth) continue working with him as well.
Cyrus would have the ideal place for attacks on Sonny and anyone else he wants to go after. However, Cyrus could be securing the sale for someone else as well.
General Hospital Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine Is Certain To Return
Nikolas is sure to return at some point and Cyris could be trying to secure Spoon Island to keep him in his debt, after all, Cyrus did make sure that Nikolas was taken care of by Austin.
Cyrus could certainly see his way to make sure that Nikolas gets the island back and to make sure Nikolas is still beholden to him. As long as Nikolas owes Cyrus, he will feel the need to help him.
Cyrus could pull Nikolas into the mob violence. Nikollas has always put down people who are in the mob but let’s get real, he is no better.
Look at all the crimes Nikolas has committed in the past few years. Being connected to Cyrus just means that Nikolas has someone to do his dirty work for him. Nikolas may even like that set up in case he gets upset with Ava again.
