GH Spoilers: Drew Discovers Nina’s SEC Secret – Hides Michael’s Leverage from Carly?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is well on his way to becoming a free man again. Thanks to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and the plan she put in motion, Judge Albert Kim (Kurt Yue) is seemingly about to commute Drew’s sentence to time served.

That’s great news since it means Drew will be able to reunite with Scott Cain (Cosette Abinante) as well as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) on the outside.

Cameron Mathison has already filmed scenes where Drew’s enjoying his freedom, so he’ll be moving beyond all the prison drama soon.

Of course, that opens the door to other storylines, including the one Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has going on with Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) right now.

Michael will ultimately decide to hold Nina’s snitch secret over her, so she’ll be at his mercy and will always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Nina turned Drew and Carly in for insider trading, but Michael surely won’t be the only person who ever finds out this secret – especially now that he’s got a recording of Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) to prove Nina’s involvement.

Someone else will have to discover Nina’s secret sooner or later, so what if Drew becomes privy to what Michael’s hiding?

Drew may find himself in a tight spot where he doesn’t want to go against Michael and expose his blackmail.

Plus, Drew has a softer heart than Carly does and might be less inclined to destroy so many lives with the big reveal.

That’s especially true when it comes to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) since she’s been through enough. Drew was happy to hear about Willow bonding with Nina and would hate to see her lose another mother figure.

Carly would probably shout a secret like this from the rooftops if she knew the truth, so Drew might resolve to keep quiet and go along with Michael’s plan.

That could lead to another GH shocker if Carly finds out Drew knew about Nina snitching and kept her out of the loop!
