Mykelti Brown, 26, Admits To ‘Changes’ In Marriage With Husband Tony In Rare Personal Post!
SISTER Wives star Mykelti Brown has shared a lengthy post about ‘changes’ in her marriage to her husband Tony after having kids.
The star posted a sweet family snap as she got real about the state of her relationship. The Sister Wives star posted a pic she snapped of herself, her husband Tony, and their twin babies in a parking lot.
The children were sitting in the front of a shopping cart as she and her partner smiled up at the camera. In another photo, the two tots – Archer and Ace – sat together.
One twin looked at the other while one stared right into the camera. Mykelti included a third photo that showed Tony pushing the shopping cart with the children in it.
His long dark hair was hanging down around his shoulders and he had on a grey and black jacket with a black shirt under it. The caption read: “I always want to date my husband. It means I’m always getting to know him.
“We all change from one week to another. Let along the changes that each year brings.”
The TLC star went on: “Having kids has changed how we ‘date’. Sometimes this is what dating looks like for us. Running errands together with a little less kids than normal.
“I feel blessed that @tonychestnut and I have the opportunity to run our errands together sometimes.”

Fans flooded the comments with positive words for Mykelti and Tony, with many appearing to agree with the mom of three’s caption. One commenter wrote: “My husband and I date each other every night after the kids go to bed since they were born.
“We just go to our living room, watch shows together, snack together, or even just on the same couch scrolling our phones. We have done [this] almost daily for the past 18 years. I believe it’s one of many reasons we have such a happy marriage.”
Another fan wrote: “My husband and I are now empty nesters, but before that, and still currently, our ‘dates’ are Saturdays when we get coffee then go grocery shopping.
“It is all about finding what works for you and focusing on each other, even when you have little ones with you.”
A third commenter chimed in: “Omg!! I thought me and my hubby were [the] only ones that have dates to Costco!!! We do it too.”

DEFENDING HER MAN
Mykelti and Tony’s marriage may be in a constant state of change, but one thing’s for sure: she always defends her man.
On September 6, Mykelti slammed trolls who mocked Tony’s appearance. She took to her Instagram Story to hit back at critics who made fun of her husband’s long hair. In the video, she was seen playing in her living room with her three kids while addressing the comments.
“If my husband needs a haircut, it’s nobody’s business but mine and his, so maybe stop commenting about it,” she said.
Mykelti struggled for a moment to steady the camera as her kids – Avalon, two, and twins Archer and Ace, nine months – crawled on top of her. She continued her rant anyway, ending with: “If you don’t have anything nice to say, just don’t say anything at all.”
Mykelti and Tony have faced loads of commentary about their appearance and it hasn’t all been negative. Many have noted the pair’s dramatic weight loss, praising them both over their hard work. A source previously told The U.S. Sun the star “has lost about 75 pounds” since her twins were born in November 2022.
“She dropped a lot of weight quickly from breastfeeding, and then she worked hard to lose more weight,” they wrote at the time.
