Intially, the plan was that it would split among five members of the family. Each wife will have their own portion. Janelle was even planning to build her house on it while she was living in an RV on the same. However, before she could execute her plan, the dynamics changed, and she parted ways with Kody.

On the other hand, in 2021, after Christine’s split, she sold her portion to her estranged husband for $10, valued at around $213,420. She decided to keep her house’s funds and gave her share to Kody and Robyn. Hence, as per the current scenario, the entire land is under the possession of the patriarch and his fourth wife.
