Robyn Brown continues with her weeping interview for Sister Wives One on One Part 3 this week. Robyn’s husband, Kody Brown, seems to back her up. Especially when she says she came into the family expecting something different.
Sister Wives Family Fractured – This Awaited Robyn Brown
“Fractures” in the family were there claims Robyn Brown. But they didn’t show until after she became Kody’s fourth wife. She claims they swept their problems under the rug. Not out of malice. No, they did this because they didn’t have the skills to address them said, Robyn.
It sounds as if Robyn Brown believes she came into Kody Brown’s family under false pretenses. In the past, Robyn has credited herself with bringing a new way to communicate with the family.
But Kody also backed her up on this ability she seems to have. So the next thing she does as a new bride, she tries to help her Sister Wives brood. Robyn said she already committed herself to this marriage. So, she was going to work on harmony for all five spouses.
Robyn the Brown Family Fixer?
A few times through the seasons Robyn’s mode of communication got kudos from Kody. Janelle Brown also mentioned this at one time as well.
When Robyn first joined the family, the other wives were fine with this. Well, at least that’s what the audience got out of the scenes that played out.
But then once the honeymoon started it got rocky. While viewers saw a mild part of this, it seems anything explosive stayed off-camera. But that’s not the case these days.
Robyn Brown might have helped her family communicate on a different level. But she also did things that stirred the pot from very early on.
Sister Wives: Stirring the Pot
A case in point is when Christine Brown learned a secret. Kody Brown slipped and told all his other wives that he picked out Robyn Brown’s wedding dress. This emerged while the five Sister Wives adults sat on the couch.
It ended up as a slap in the face to all three of the other Sister Wives. They all took Robyn shopping and thought they helped her pick out a dress. But Robyn kept this secret with Kody.
Christine stormed off the set. Janelle Brown claimed a while later that editing fixed that scene. The five spouses penned a book. In this book, Janelle shares how the editing made it look different than it was.

It looked to viewers that she walked away and then came back, thanks to the editing. But actually, Christine left for three days.
But the point is Robyn Brown kept this a secret between her and Kody. So, it seems as if she had some blame for this as well. This secret rattled Kody’s other wives.
