General Hospital: Sneak Peek Seals Valentin’s Fate – Anna’s List Points to Pikeman Leader’s Horrible Outcome

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show recently put out a sneak peek video for a scene that’ll air on Monday, April 15. It could offer some huge clues about the price Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) may have to pay for his actions.

Of course, the clip builds to the revelation of John “Jagger” Cates’ (Adam Harrington) injuries since Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) takes one look at him and wonders what happened.

John will still look pretty terrible thanks to that beating he took down by the waterfront, so he’ll have to explain how he was following Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and got jumped.

However, we want to focus on a different part of this GH sneak peek video entirely.

It’s what happens before John’s arrival that seems to be the most interesting.

Anna can be seen working on a list in the video, so she puts the names of potential Pikeman operatives along with the fates that ultimately befell them.

First, there’s Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure), who was imprisoned – and then, there’s James Forsyth, who ended up deceased.

Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt) is next on Anna’s list, so she puts him down as imprisoned, too.

Valentin is given a question mark, so it feels significant that the show’s focusing on this and basically setting the stage for that question to be answered.

Anna is establishing a pattern here, so things aren’t looking good for Valentin.

If Anna’s list eventually goes “imprisoned, deceased, imprisoned, deceased,” then Valentin could lose his life at the end of all this.

If Valentin winds up being another “imprisoned” on the list instead, that’ll still be a difficult blow.

Regardless, the show may be saying that Valentin will face one of those two fates sooner or later.

Will Valentin find himself locked up at Pentonville or six feet under instead?
