GH Spoilers: Wednesday, April 3 – Sam Spills Jason’s Betrayal – Nina’s Secret Strategy – Dante the Wedding Saver

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, April 3, reveal that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will open up to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about her issues with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), especially since Jason put Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) at risk and told him to keep secrets from her.

Sam won’t think she’s ever felt so betrayed in her life, so she’ll vent to Dante and get some support.

At the same time, Dante may urge Sam to cut Jason a little slack since he’s been in a tight spot.

This could lead to Dante giving Sam updates on Jason’s FBI informant role and reminding her that Jason saved his life.

However, Sam will remain wary of the danger swirling around Jason and may stand by her decision to ban him from Danny.

At the Quartermaine stables, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will do some flirting as they work on a project together.

It’ll lead to a close moment, so Cody and Sasha will ultimately confess their feelings for each other.

As for Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), she’ll find out about something she never would’ve guessed.

Stella will also cross paths with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), so that’ll lead to more tension erupting between them.

Of course, most of Tracy’s hostility will be related to her growing concerns about Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) now that he’s declining so rapidly.

Despite those concerns, Tracy will manage to put on a brave face in front of Gregory on Wednesday’s GH episode.

Tracy will mention someone who never would’ve made the guest list if it weren’t for Gregory, so we’ll see if she’s talking about Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) as his wedding plus one or someone else.

Speaking of the wedding, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will turn to Dante for help saving their wedding, so they’ll have a big favor to ask ahead of their nuptials.

Elsewhere, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will want to clear the air with someone, so she’ll speak her mind – whether it’s about Jason, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or something else.

Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say Kristina will eventually meet up with Blaze aka Allison Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), who’ll talk about her new contract at Deception.

Kristina may initially think it’s great news, but she may have concerns once Blaze talks about keeping her private life under wraps.

It could leave Kristina feeling like a dirty little secret once again.

Next, Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) will hint about having a secret weapon – and it could be Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) since she seems to think she’s able to push the right buttons and perhaps manipulate him against Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Then again, maybe Nina will be referring to Ava Jerome (Maura West) since she still thinks Ava’s going to help save her marriage.

Ava is actually playing Sonny and even shared a kiss with him behind closed doors, so our predictions point to Ava and Nina’s feud erupting down the road.
