General Hospital Spoilers: Bobbie’s Death Was A Brutal Blow, But How Will Jason Handle The Truth About Britt?
General Hospital Spoilers reveal Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has been gone for two years. Presumed dead, no one thought to look for him — and he might as well have been that gone because it sounds like he’s been living under a rock.
His brief encounter with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) clued us in that Jason knows very little about the events occurring in his absence.
The pain and anguish on his face when he learned Bobbie Spencer (Jaclyn Zeman) had died was palpable. In that moment, we could all tell how sorry he was that he couldn’t be there for Carly during that time and would never see her mother again.
But rumor has it another crushing blow is headed his way when he learns what happened to the other woman he loves just prior to his death.
General Hospital Spoilers — Britt’s Last Ride
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was the last person who cared about Jason to see him alive. The shootout between him and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) left our hearts broken right alongside hers as the tunnels in Greece crumbled atop Jason, trapping him inside.
With no sign of life upon investigation, it was assumed Jason perished in the cave collapse — a reality everyone struggled to accept — few more than Carly and Britt.
The tragedy managed to bring the two women together in a way they’d never seen eye to eye before, and thus, we have to wonder if it’ll be Carly who also clues Jason in to what happened to his most recent lady love.
GH Spoilers Hint Jason Will Feel Responsible
Jason is ever the hero, and that part of his personality hasn’t changed. So when he learns that Britt is dead — and died at the hands of Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) bloody, poisoned hook, he’ll be devastated. If he had been home — even if they weren’t a couple anymore — he never would have let such harm come to her. At least, that’s the way he’ll feel about it.
General Hospital Spoilers — Seeking Justice
Jason is clearly back with a vengeance — whether it’s actually toward Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or not remains to be seen.
But he never wants the innocent to be harmed or the wrong people getting away with murder, metaphorically speaking. While the immediate target could be Heather, knowing she was shipped off to San Quentin might give Jason some peace.
But it’s not going to bring Britt back. Will he turn his rage on others who didn’t go the extra mile to protect her in Jason’s absence — others like Sonny? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
