GH Spoilers: Week of January 8 – Carly Meets a Stranger – Adventure Story Kicks Off – Bobbie’s Unfinished Task
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of January 8-12 reveal that Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) will struggle in the aftermath of her exposure. As Nina faces the consequences of reporting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to the SEC, she’ll worry that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) might never forgive her.
Cynthia Watros wasn’t pictured in the behind-the-scenes photos of Jacklyn Zeman’s (Bobbie Spencer) upcoming tribute episodes, which makes sense under the circumstances.
Nina would’ve probably accompanied Sonny if the SEC secret hadn’t blown up, but she won’t be welcome at the service now.
However, Bobbie’s memorial service will indeed get underway starting Wednesday, January 10. That’ll spill over into the GH episode airing Thursday, January 11, so the show will slow down and say a proper farewell.
Ryan Carnes will reprise his role as Lucas Jones, so Bobbie’s adopted son will pop back up for a special goodbye.
There’ll be some emotional scenes as Lucas reconnects with Carly and tries to let Bobbie go.
Marc Anthony Samuel will also return as Felix DuBois, so he’ll also share some heartfelt words about Bobbie and the kind of person she was.
During Bobbie’s memorial, Carly and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will come together in a bittersweet moment. The loss of Bobbie will be difficult to handle, but Felicia and Carly will reflect on how much she meant to so many people.
As sad as this memorial will be, it’ll also be a celebration of Bobbie’s life and all the lives she touched along the way.
At some point, a character that fans seemingly haven’t met before will arrive and exchange introductions with some key players.
It looks like Carly and Felicia will meet this mysterious person, who’ll deliver updates on some news that relates to Bobbie’s time in Amsterdam.
Felicia and Carly will find out a stunning secret, so that’ll leave them determined to fly to Amsterdam and tackle a task that Bobbie left unfinished.
It’ll bring a little adventure storyline that’ll cap off Bobbie’s tribute shows on a satisfying note. There’ll be some nods to Bobbie’s past as Carly and Felicia team up to make a major discovery.
We should also discuss Drew, who may keep heading down a risky path. Drew is starting to lose control of his emotions and show off a harsher side of himself, so this can only lead to trouble!
