GH Spoilers: Victor’s Beyond-the-Grave Visit to Charlotte – Returns as Granddaughter Flatlines?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) life will hang in the balance, so that could bring an intriguing opportunity for a reunion. Will Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) return as Charlotte struggles to stay in the earthly realm?

Back when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was barely clinging to life in Greenland, he hallucinated that Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) was there taunting him.

When Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) faced her own life-threatening ordeal, she saw a vision of Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel). Harmony nearly pulled Willow to the other side as Willow’s doctors fought to keep her alive.

Even Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) had his own encounter with someone from the other side since his mother appeared to him for a picnic while he was flatlining.

Irene Ashford (Cheryl Francis Harrington) was there with Curtis before he heard TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) voice calling him back, so GH writers have a habit of including visitors from beyond the grave.

There’s no reason for them to stop now, especially since Victor has been such a crucial part of Charlotte’s storyline. It’s easy to imagine Victor appearing to Charlotte while she’s fading fast on the operating table.

Victor might argue that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) shooting Charlotte is proof of everything that he’s been telling her – that Anna is dangerous and will only cause harm.

Perhaps Victor could urge Charlotte to return to her body and make sure she finishes the job of taking Anna down.

Then again, Victor might try to coax Charlotte into the afterlife and hope to teach Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) the ultimate lesson.

There’s nothing that’d hurt Valentin more than losing Charlotte, so vengeful Victor might not want her to survive.

However, it’d be great if Charlotte could finally break free from Victor’s control and stand up to him.

Charlotte might insist that Victor is the real problem and fight so that she can live life on her terms, not her manipulative grandfather’s.

Even if Charlotte just imagines Victor like dying Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) imagined Laura Collins (Genie Francis), there’s a prime chance for a dramatic Charlotte and Victor encounter here.
