Lois didn’t think there was any way “Eddie” could forget all the times they shared and flashed back though a montage of their history.

However, “Eddie” didn’t remember anything other than Lois looking familiar.

Once Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) arrived with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Lois happily met Chase and acted like he was lucky to be with her daughter.

Lois wound up recapping her past with “Eddie,” who didn’t really exist since Ned was living a double life and married another woman while he was married to her.

Despite not being able to remember any of that, “Eddie” was sorry for how he treated Lois back then if it was true.

Lois ranted about this “Eddie” conveniently forgetting and wondered how many “Eddies” there were in there.

Lois also reminded “Eddie” that she later married Ned Ashton Quartermaine and had some wonderful times with him before they divorced.

Although Lois pitied “Eddie” for not remembering, he insisted he didn’t need her pity and stomped off.

Lois apologized to Chase for all the drama, but he said he could tell where Brook Lynn got her spirit and eventually accepted Lois’ hug.

In the other room, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) showed up in Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) place for backgammon night since Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) had a cold.

Gregory admitted he really came to settle a score and surprised Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) by thanking her since she moved things along when it came to telling Chase the truth.

After Gregory opened up to Tracy about his ALS symptoms and beat her at backgammon, Tracy said she really was sorry about his diagnosis and shared a sweet moment with him.

At the PCPD, Pilar (Brenda Barberena) waited nearby with Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) admitted to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that Ava Jerome (Maura West) was in trouble.

Josslyn recapped the whole story and all the clues, so Dante took off to help Ava based on the information he’d learned.

Josslyn also spoke to Avery, who was disappointed about missing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Corinthos’ (Cynthia Watros) wedding.

After Josslyn suggested Nina and Sonny would take Avery somewhere super special later, Avery excitedly hoped her mommy could go, too.

Next, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) searched the empty basement where Ava was last held and spoke to Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) about the property over the phone.

Although Dex saw no sign of Ava at first, he eventually spotted a piece of her torn blouse and knew she’d been there.

Spinelli kept digging and was able to point Dex in the direction of the highway that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) had driven Ava on.

After Spinelli lost contact with Dex, he called Josslyn with updates before she called Dante to fill him in, too.

In a vehicle, Ava told Mason that she knew he was just following his boss’ orders, but she urged him to disobey this time since Sonny could come after him.

Ava tried to convince Mason that she’d cover for him if he let her go now, but Mason refused.

Although Ava kept trying to talk her way out of this mess, Mason ranted about her thinking he was trash and said she blew her chance to be with a real man instead of Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).

At GH, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) thanked Austin for testifying and helping him score his freedom.

After Austin argued that they had a deal, he urged Cyrus to let Ava go since she didn’t know the boss’ identity and wasn’t a threat.

Austin got called away to deal with a patient, but Cyrus ultimately called Mason and told him to take Ava home.

Mason tried to protest, but Cyrus argued that the situation had been resolved to his satisfaction and once again warned him to take Ava home.

Unfortunately, Mason hung up and decided to do things his way, so he began dragging Ava out of the car toward the nearby cliff.

Before Mason could throw Ava off it, Dex showed up with his gun drawn. Ava pushed Dex to take the shot, but Mason fired at Dex and forced him to duck.

That led to Ava running back toward the car while Dex and Mason struggled on the ground. Mason yanked Dex over to the cliff and was about to hurl him over the edge when Dante arrived.

Dante pumped a couple bullets in Mason’s back before checking his pulse. Mason was unconscious, but he was still breathing – and Dante pointed out that guys like him usually lived.

Dex freed Ava from her restraints while Dante summoned paramedics to the scene. Dante also quizzed Ava about why she was taken, so she said she assumed Mason’s boss ordered it.

Although Ava didn’t know who Mason’s boss was yet, she was clearly eager to find out and make them regret this.

Back at the hospital, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was upset over the news that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) would be sent back to prison soon.

Drew acknowledged that he’d recovered enough, but Carly worried the people who came after him at Pentonville were going to finish the job.

When Cyrus walked in Drew’s room, both Carly and Drew were shocked.

After Carly demanded to know what Cyrus was doing there, Cyrus explained that he was released for medical reasons since he didn’t have the capacity to harm anyone.

Cyrus apologized for any friction with Carly in the past since that was before he found the Lord.

Even back then, Cyrus assured Carly that there was no animosity on his part and said he hoped to make amends.

Carly told Cyrus not to hold his breath, but Cyrus hoped that she could at least appreciate the way he came to Drew’s aid in the prison showers after his ordeal.

Drew and Carly were surprised as Cyrus explained that he saved Drew, who would’ve perished if he hadn’t found him.

Cyrus insisted that seeing Drew looking so well was thanks enough and headed out.

Carly ranted about Cyrus finding a legal loophole and felt it was unfair for someone like him to be free while Drew was locked up for insider trading.

Carly also told Drew that Cyrus was dangerous and shouldn’t be out roaming the streets! When Josslyn called, she informed Carly that something had happened and urged her mom to come home.

Back at the Quartermaine mansion, “Eddie” admitted to Tracy that Lois was driving him crazy and vented since he wasn’t the same guy anyone remembered.

“Eddie’s” head was spinning, so he sat down at the piano to play some music since that was the only thing that helped.

Tracy found Lois in the kitchen and took credit for helping Brook Lynn save her relationship with Chase, but Lois fired back that Tracy blackmailed her daughter to get what she wanted.

General Hospital spoilers say Tracy and Lois’ feud is about to get even worse, so stay tuned!
