General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) could be in on bringing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down. In addition to having been a plant for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) could he actually be a plant for the Feds?
General Hospital Spoilers – Did Anyone See Dex Heller Throw The Flash Drive Away?
When Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) destroyed the flash drive, Dex put the broken pieces in his pocket and told Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) he planned to burn them-but he didn’t.
Now he says he got distracted and threw them away in a public trash can instead-but did he, or did he turn them into the FBI himself?
If Dex is really a plant for the Feds, it would be a reason why he wanted to keep working for Sonny in spite of Josslyn’s fears and their “love”.
Dex wouldn’t be able to get close to Sonny through Josslyn, but he could be faking his “love” as part of the cover of his real mission.
He had to do something considering she kept showing up every time he was trying to do his spying-the same for his getting hung on a meat hook at Pozzulo’s.
GH Spoilers – It Had To Be An Inside JobIn spite of Dex running away from the raid at the docks when Carly called him, it may have been intended anyway-he couldn’t be seen because he couldn’t show ID.
Dex would have blown his cover to others of Sonny’s men who were arrested, but someone had to notify the team who raided the docks when the shipment was taking place.
Simultaneously, a different team of agents arrested Sonny at the Metro Court Restaurant where he was having dinner with his daughter Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).
How would they know where he was and what time he’d be there if someone didn’t call them-and that also could have been Dex!
General Hospital Spoilers – Dex Heller Being An FBI Plant Explains It AllDex being an FBI plant explains it all-everything from continuing to work for Sonny in spite of Josslyn’s objections to them getting the flash drive and retrieving its information.
It could have taken three to four months for the FBI’s cyber forensics unit to retrieve the information they needed, and Dex admitting “he threw it away” part of his cover.
When Michael was still in the midst of his vendetta, hiring Dex to spy on Sonny he may have been planted to do that anyway.
When Sonny discovered Dex, he’d been running Volonino’s Gym in Chet Driscoll’s (Chris Van Etten) place while he was on military duty.
Dex had been in the military as well but could have lied about his dishonorable discharge-all part of his cover, placed at Volonino’s to spy on Sonny.
