GH Spoilers: Friday, October 13 – Sonny Postpones The Wedding, What Crazy Thing Is Going On?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, October 13, reveal that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will be over at Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) house when she answers the door to an unwelcome visitor. It’ll be Selina Wu (Lydia Look) who stops by, so Stella will angrily ask what she wants.
Curtis will agree to speak with Selina, who’ll hope that he’s come to his senses about selling her The Savoy.
Of course, Curtis seems to be adjusting to life in his wheelchair now, so he may insist she’s out of luck and choose to hang onto his nightclub instead.
As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she’ll give Curtis updates on a huge career development. Portia will admit she took the co-chief of staff job at the hospital, so Curtis will likely offer his full approval and congratulate her on the news.
At Wyndemere, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will convince the butler to let her in and will get his help searching the castle for clues about Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) disappearance.
It won’t be long until Joss finds something that could be important, so she’ll call Dex with what she’s discovered.
Meanwhile, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will show Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) that he means business by putting the doc in a chokehold and demanding answers about Ava.
Austin may ultimately admit that his boss is holding Ava captive, but he doesn’t know where she’s being held.
Between the clue from Wyndemere and whatever Austin’s willing to divulge, Dex and Josslyn will feel like they’re on the right track.
Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will get a visit from Josslyn and Dex at some point, so they’ll peek over his shoulder as does some digging on his computer.
There’s a good chance Spinelli will help nail down trapped Ava’s whereabouts through his efforts.
Next, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will stop by to see Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) now that his early release is in the works.
Cyrus will ask if Laura’s there as his sister or the mayor, so Laura may insist it’s the latter since she’ll be concerned about the public’s safety.
On the island in Puerto Rico, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will exchange vows as well as rings, so their wedding will be completed.
At the reception, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will call back his SEC contact since he received a text that said this contact knows who turned in Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
GH’s weekly preview video seemingly shows Michael glaring at Nina – and General Hospital spoilers also point to him flipping out over what he learns.
It’s possible the show’s being a bit misleading if Michael only finds out about Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) involvement, but it’s also possible this contact somehow learned Nina was behind the tip.
Regardless, Michael’s going to make a dirty move in the coming episodes, so he may have a plan for how he wants this secret to blow up back in Port Charles.
No matter how this plays out, fall preview info already confirmed that Nina gets busted soon, so the honeymoon may be over before she knows it!
