  • PBS has a new ‘Washington Week’ at 8, followed by new episodes of ‘NOW’ and ‘Bill Moyers Journal.’
  • MyNetwork TV has a new ‘Smackdown!’ at 8.
  • At 9, SyFy has a new ‘Caprica.’
  • HBO has a new ‘Ricky Gervais Show’ at 9, then new episodes of ‘The Life & Times of Tim’ and ‘Real Time with Bill Maher,’ with Olivia Wilde, Chrystia Freeland, Richard Haass, and Reihan Salam.
  • At 10, ABC has a new ‘20/20.’
  • STARZ has a new ‘Spartacus: Blood & Sand’ at 10.
  • Discovery has a new American Loggers’ at 10.
  • There’s a new ‘The Best Thing I Ever Ate’ on Food Network at 10.
  • Also at 10: Travel Channel has a new ‘Most Haunted.’
