UniFirst CEO Ronald Croatti on 'Undercover Boss'Ronald Croatti is the president/CEO of UniFirst, a company that provides and cleans uniforms. For him, being the ‘Undercover Boss’ (Sun., 9PM ET on CBS) requires lots of manual labor while wearing a bushy wig and fake mustache.

Working with Tony, Ronald must unload giant bags of laundry into spinning washing machines. “[I] had a little hesitancy, taking [me] way back to how my grandfather got killed in one of those washers,” he says.
