If a celebrity-driven reality show crowns a winner and only 3.4 million viewers watch, does the champion’s career still benefit? Soap star and recent ‘Skating With the Stars’ winner Rebecca Budig is about to find out.
According to the Live Feed, the finale of ‘Skating With the Stars’ was seen by only 3.4 million viewers and grabbed a meager 0.8 in the 18-49 demographic. Ouch. Very low numbers, but not surprising.
Several aspects doomed ‘Skating With the Stars’ from the beginning. Not that I’m complaining — the last thing American TV needs is another reality competition that cycles through the same “stars.”
