(S06E21) ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ focused on the idea of sensitivity training this week. The main focus landed on an almost 700-pound man that basically quit on life, but Callie had to deal with a knee surgery, and Christina had a cardio patient’s daughter to focus on. Cristina made the best jokes on the overweight man calling him “Fatty Fatty 2×4″ and holding up the french fry and hamburger trying to figure out how he managed to impregnate his wife.
The viewers finally received a strong episode that managed to showcase the classic cast: Alex, Cristina, Meredith and Derek. By pushing Mark, Teddy, Arizona, Reed, Percy and April into the background, the show focused on the characters. The big exception comes from the fact that the show needs to know the difference between a simile and a metaphor. Using like or as is a simile, Cristina.
