Countess LuAnn de Lesseps is having fun right now. She’s starring on a hit reality show, in a relationship and living out a dream: being a pop star.
Her latest piece of fabulous music comes to us in the form of ‘Chic C’est La Vie.’
“This song is really about living out my dream,” LuAnn told AOL TV at Life & Style’s song and video release party. “It’s about travel, it’s about confidence, it’s about me living my dream. That’s what I’m doing by doing the music video … it was just really fun”
‘Chic’ is the follow-up to ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ star’s iTunes hit ‘Money Can’t Buy You Class.’ There aren’t as many lessons in ‘Chic’ as there are in ‘Money,’ but there are little messages hidden within the lyrics.
“There’s another lesson in this song, which is ‘Beauty class and elegance lie within the soul. Confidence is key,’” she said. “There’s always a little message in there, but I’m really having a great time with it. I’m just having fun, that’s what it’s all about.”
Here, LuAnn previews the rest of the ‘Real Housewives’ season — there’s a duet in her future! — and her desire to guest star on ‘30 Rock.’
